Reservation and payment options:

50% Deposit Required to Secure Reservation.
Remaining 50% due 40 days prior to arrival via: Wire Transfer or cheque. (Bank Clearance 30 days in Costa Rica)
Please note: A Bank Fee for receipt here must be added. $10.00 up to $1499 and $20 over $1500.
Damage/Telephone Deposits - Cash on Arrival – refundable at time of departure.
Credit card payment available thru Pay pal plus a 7% service fee.

Cancellation policy: less than 15 days not refundable, Under 30 days, 25% refundable. Under 60 days, 50% refundable, 100% refundable prior to 61 days notice.

We now offer the service of PayPal Secure Credit Card Payments plus a service charge on rental rate, eliminating the high costs of Wire Transfers and expediting your secure reservation.
